Can I play D1,or D2 hockey?

I am currently a sophomore and I am a rising junior. I played hockey from when I was 4 years old until 7th grade. during those years I played on a very elite private team and was a captain, first line center. I lead my team in scoring and assists every year. I have not played since 7th grade and I am craving to get back into it. There is a very good chance I can make the varsity team this year as a junior. If I do excellent, can I play somewhere good in college? thanks for the advice!
