How many years of eligibility might I have?

I graduated HS in 2008. I went to a NCAA D1-aa school but didn't play a sport, I was just a student. B/C of an outstanding bill at the D1 school I didnt return. The next year I transferred to a JUCO where I got red-shirted. That fall of 2010 I sat at home because I couldnt get into school but then got into an NAIA Jan of 2011, where Im currently at. We're going through some coaching changes right now and Im thinking about transferring again but back to a NCAA school and wanted to know how much eligibility would I have left if I went D2? I still have credits pending at my other school because of the outstanding bill.
