Psp internal error 80410aob on 5.50 gen-d2?

I have a slim psp with 5.50 gen-d2 and I used this program called KeyCleaner for the psp slim for some odd reason and I checked my internet and scan for wifi then, the psp internal error 80410aob pops up and my games freeze up and shuts down on me as well. do I reinstall my 5.50 gen-d2 to fix this problem or, what because I am so frustrated now and searching on google to solve it makes me even more frustrated! please help me!
