Moving out with no money and community college?

Hi Im 19 years old and I want to move out of my parents house. I live in colorado and I want to move to new york and start somewhere small and go to community college and later to a university. I have no idea where to start and what i need to do. I don't have a lot of money and I don't have a job, I would like to get out winter. Can some please help me on what I should do?
