If I choose to go to a Community College could I go out of state?

I cannot provide you numbers but you will likely pay more for being out of state. Why don't you contact the schools you're interested in and request this information from each school. That way, you'll know for sure what you're working with. Find out also, how long you'd have to live in a particular city in order to be considered a resident for lower tuition.
